"I turn 90 on the day of the opening of my exhibition which is on February 9th, 2024, so one invariably looks back with nostalgia at different periods of my painting career.
“A Brush with the Past” is a collection of images of the unique landscapes of Western Australia. My paintings are based on earlier small works, studies, and memories of the Eastern Goldfields, the Nullabor, the Pilbara, the Kimberleys, Broome, Rottnest Island, the Swan River and the NW and SW Coastlines." - Jules Sher 2024
