HERMAN PEKEL Journey then and now I literally grew up painting Australian bush I remember playing soccer at the age of ten and just focused on the bush around totally disinterested in getting a kick Unfortunately I couldn’t find a painting from those days but found an old photo which I have incorporated in the first work as collage and me painting it plein air – which I love to do.
