Lesley Whitham’s ceramic sculptures reflect her own life experiences. The hand built rounded human forms are robust, whilst often suggesting personal contemplation.
Whitham was born in Glasgow, Scotland and graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee. Migrating to Australia in 1991, she raised her family in the beachside suburb of Quinns Rocks. where she works from her studio in the garden.
